Radios

Radios, also referred to as "Head Units" come in a variety of brands with tons of various features. Generally, radios are sized in two options, Single DIN and Double DIN. Single DIN radios are 2"x7" and are found any many older vehicles. Double DIN units are found in newer vehicles more commonly and are 4"x7", allowing up to a 7" touch screen to be mounted flush within the dash.

Manufactures are now releasing "Floating" screen radios, meant to mount out from the dash, and come in sizes larger than 7" but can be a more obvious change from stock. Some companies like Alpine and Stinger make vehicle specific mounting kits for these larger radios for a "Tesla" style look.
